What is a typical lead time?
For regular popular sinks, lead time is usually 6–8 weeks for one container; urgent orders may be 3–4 weeks. Other sinks are around 8–12 weeks. Lead time depends on style and quantity. Production time starts from the day the deposit is received.
Is there an MOQ?
There is no MOQ for sinks currently in stock or in mass production. Items not in mass production/stock, customized sinks, and certain colors may have MOQ—confirm with sales.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are usually charged; free samples may be considered for regular popular sinks in stock (shipping prepaid by buyer). Sample fee can be deducted when placing a formal container order.
How do you quote?
